Week 45

Kia Ora Whanau! This week has been a pretty fast week. We have seen some pretty cool miracles and hope they keep building from here. Tuesday we had a pretty good District council. Its so nice just getting to go and enjoy the Spirit and the train hs given by the district leader. I feel like it's so much better and I get more out of it! We also had a short lesson with a Fiji Indian couple and we talk a bit about the Book of Mormon and praying in the name of our Savior. It turned out pretty good and we hope they continue to progress and follow God. Wednesday we had ZLC (zone leadership Council) and elder Ward and I gave a training on weekly planning, following up with people and how we can help the zone get better. Later that night we had a stake MCM and the stake president wants to do a less active and neighbor week, which consists of serving a less active and your neighbors. So we help brainstorm ways to do that. Thursday Elder Ward got a pretty bad stomach virus and we had to stay in for most of the day so not too much happened just some daily contact with Facebook and what not. Friday we had weekly planning and than we went to practice for a missionary fireside with the other stake here. It was out of our zone but because Elder Ward is an expert pianist he needed to help so I was volunTOLD to sing😅😂 Elder Ward than got sick after eating and we had to sit in again😅 Saturday was way way fun!! We went out and talked to people on the street and met some pretty cool people and hope to be seeing them again soon! We went to practice for the song again. The song was His Name from the 2019 EFY album. We had a lesson with a guy named Tas and shared about the Book of Mormon and how it contains the fullness. He seems pretty keen. We do have a few things we have to work out with him but that's the same with everyone! Saturday night was so amazing! We had team ups with President Walker and we went to talk to more people and the street and then did some potential visits and found a few people the follow up with! We than went to a lesson with a couple and a member. We shared a lesson about baptism with them and because they aren't that good at English the member helped translate it into Tongan. They husband than said back to us that he would be getting baptized some time he just needs to give up coffee. We were so excited and can't wait for the two of them!! It was so amazing and President Walker said a powerful prayer for them! Sunday we went to church, I gave a talk already and the ward mission leader pretty much rebuked the ward😂 it was great haha. We then went to perform our song and it turned out pretty good! But that's pretty much our week. It has been pretty amazing and I can't wait to see what happens with the people we are working with! The work moves forward each and every day! I hope you all had a great week and continue to enjoy life as it comes! Remember there is Always someone there for you! Ofa atu! Love, Elder Wilding
