Week 46
Kia Ora!
This week was absolutely crazy! We had heaps of exchanges and more blessings!
Tuesday we had District Council and did t really get too much done we had to stay with a sick elder so his other companions could go and work (they are a trio so that was pretty easy to work out). And we planned for the MTC Exchange for Wednesday!
So Wednesday we had the exchanges and I went with a Elder from Tahiti, Elder Darrasse. It was pretty fun! We went to visit some potential people to teach and went and talked to people on the street. It was pretty fun. After that we had dinner and elder ward got sick so we were down for the rest of the day...
Thursday we had an exchange with the trio in our zone and I went with elder Wang. He is serving in the Chinese branch so we got to go to the middle of Auckland and talked to people in the streets it was pretty fun! We than had a lesson with one of the people they were teaching. It turned out pretty good!
Friday we ended the exchange with more TWEing in the city. And than had weekly planning and did some potential contacts for the rest of the day back with elder Ward.
Saturday we had exchanges with the Assistants and I went with elder Brodie the senior Assistant. It was pretty fun! We did a chalk board activity about asking people about what brings happiness. We did it in normal clothes with NO badge it is pretty cool! We even go by our first names haha. We than went and taught a lesson and it was really good! They guy they are working with is super keen to learn more and become more spiritual! We had a pretty great exchange. Elder Ward and the other assistant were able to go and teach a couple that we have been teaching and set them to be baptized on the 31st of August! Super excited for that!
Sunday we went to church and a guy that we taught on Friday about the Book of Mormon came to church to fulfill his promise but had to leave and he set a time for us to visit him on Tuesday! We went back to our flat and ate and elder Ward got sick again so we were down the rest of the day... All goods though.
Over all this week has been pretty crazy and very very fun even with a few days of us not getting to do much but we are seeing miracles for our hard work! We are super excited and can't want to see what comes!
Hoep you all have a great week!

Week 45
Kia Ora Whanau!
This week has been a pretty fast week. We have seen some pretty cool miracles and hope they keep building from here.
Tuesday we had a pretty good District council. Its so nice just getting to go and enjoy the Spirit and the train hs given by the district leader. I feel like it's so much better and I get more out of it! We also had a short lesson with a Fiji Indian couple and we talk a bit about the Book of Mormon and praying in the name of our Savior. It turned out pretty good and we hope they continue to progress and follow God.
Wednesday we had ZLC (zone leadership Council) and elder Ward and I gave a training on weekly planning, following up with people and how we can help the zone get better. Later that night we had a stake MCM and the stake president wants to do a less active and neighbor week, which consists of serving a less active and your neighbors. So we help brainstorm ways to do that.
Thursday Elder Ward got a pretty bad stomach virus and we had to stay in for most of the day so not too much happened just some daily contact with Facebook and what not.
Friday we had weekly planning and than we went to practice for a missionary fireside with the other stake here. It was out of our zone but because Elder Ward is an expert pianist he needed to help so I was volunTOLD to sing😅😂 Elder Ward than got sick after eating and we had to sit in again😅
Saturday was way way fun!! We went out and talked to people on the street and met some pretty cool people and hope to be seeing them again soon! We went to practice for the song again. The song was His Name from the 2019 EFY album. We had a lesson with a guy named Tas and shared about the Book of Mormon and how it contains the fullness. He seems pretty keen. We do have a few things we have to work out with him but that's the same with everyone! Saturday night was so amazing! We had team ups with President Walker and we went to talk to more people and the street and then did some potential visits and found a few people the follow up with! We than went to a lesson with a couple and a member. We shared a lesson about baptism with them and because they aren't that good at English the member helped translate it into Tongan. They husband than said back to us that he would be getting baptized some time he just needs to give up coffee. We were so excited and can't wait for the two of them!! It was so amazing and President Walker said a powerful prayer for them!
Sunday we went to church, I gave a talk already and the ward mission leader pretty much rebuked the ward😂 it was great haha. We then went to perform our song and it turned out pretty good! But that's pretty much our week. It has been pretty amazing and I can't wait to see what happens with the people we are working with! The work moves forward each and every day!
I hope you all had a great week and continue to enjoy life as it comes! Remember there is Always someone there for you!

Week 44
Kia Ora!
Sorry I've missed out on a few weeks of emailing. I'll try and get back into things. This week has been pretty crazy we had transfers and with all of that I have moved to South Auckland in the Otahuhu ward. It's been pretty crazy and heaps of fun.
So ill just start with transfer day on Wednesday. So we drove down and elder Vakaudekoro had to sit in another training for his new companion. I had to wait around for awhile to get my new companion Elder Ward. He's from my intake and we sat by each other on the plane ride here! Anyway when he got to the Chapel for transfers because we are the only people in the Ferguson zone with a car we loaded a trail or with everyone's luggage and helped move people. Delivered luggage the rest of the day haha.
Thursday we spent heaps of the time driving around making sure everything was all good with the other missionaries and make sure they had everything. We had a ward council on Thursday as well so I got to meet the bishop right away and other auxiliary leaders so that was good.
Friday we had to go to Missionary Leadership Council and that was from 8am to 3pm. Pretty long day haha but it was really good! We than drove back to our area and had some studies and had an MCM with the ward mission leader. It was good he's a really great guy and wants to help us out heaps!
Saturday we had a service at the Otara Markets. We cleaned the grounds and fixed wooden benches. It was way fun! We had weekly planning and than went out to dinner with the Ward mission leader Brother Vatikani and then went to go see less actives with him. It was really good we met quite a few really nice people and hope to see them more.
Sunday we had church and I bore my testimony so that was pretty good. I'm back in a ward so it was weird standing in front of way more people and having to talk haha. The ward is still kinda small due to drama in the ward but we hope to be able to clear some of it up. We went to go have dinner with Brother Vatikani again (he signs up for most of the days on the meal roster cause no one else does😅) and he being a Tongan decided to feed me Tongan food. So I ate raw fish, kumara, chicken, and some other fish haha. It was quite the experience but it was good. We than went to a youth devotional and met up with the stake president that came up to wellsford a few weeks ago😂 he was super excited to see me serving in the Otara stake haha he's really nice and is very missionary minded.
That sums up our week! I hope everyone is doing amazing and thanks for all the love and support!
Ofa atu!
