This week has been a pretty good one for sure. Quite a bit of driving and not too much progress but things are looking good in the end.
Tuesday we had District Council and now President Walker wants us to do those over Facebook calls so we don't drive as much. So every other week we will be doing that. We did some tracting and some less active visits but not too much went down.
Wednesday was pretty good we did quite a bit of driving. We had to go halfway to Auckland to pick up Elder Rogers and now he will be with us in a trio! That's so crazy too. We are a trio from the same mtc intake so that's pretty cool. We also drove to whangarei for a stake mcm and that was pretty much our day.
Thursday we got out and did some tracting and did some Facebook tracting as well. Elder Rogers put a free Book of Mormon on the market on Facebook and now two people have asked about it. We had to refer on to down in South Auckland and the sisters are now visiting him and his kids! We did some member visits and introduced elder Rogers to as much as we could.
Friday we had interviews with President Walker and that took up all of our day pretty much so not much happened. Interviews was really good. President Walker and I had a pretty long conversation about our area and ideas to help out so that was good.
Saturday was good did some door knocking and tried to visit some less actives but not much happened.
Sunday was good. We had a great sacrament meeting and than did studies and headed off to whangarei for a stake family history devotional and man it was good. The stake is so motivated to do the Lords work on the other side of the veil its pretty amazing.
It has been a huge blessing to get to serve with Elder Rogers and get to do the Lord's work with him. It has been so fun and I'm learning so much. I am so blessed to be doing His work.
I hope all of yous have had a great time and keep enjoying life.
Ofa atu!
Love,
Elder Wilding
