Week 32

Kia Ora Whanau!

This week was pretty good to be honest I can't really remember much of what we did but I know we did something haha so this email might be pretty short.

Tuesday was our normal district council and visiting less actives and other members. We had a lesson with a less active and it was pretty good. They have heaps of little girls so hopefully we can have a lesson to get them caught up in the church.

Wednesday we had companion exchanges with one of the other sets of elders in our district and we went door knocking and we found this Mauri guy who might turn out to be pretty promising so hopefully that will be us soon. Nothing else really happened. But pretty fun exchange.

Thursday we went to Whangarei to help this lady in a wheelchair get baptized! It was actually pretty cool. I was pretty nervous about how it was all. Gonna go down but it was great she did it! It was seriously so awesome she has been trying to get baptized for 15 years! She was great!

Friday we had weekly planning and than just tried to visit people.

Saturday we watched the Saturday sessions of Conference and that was our whole day right there nothing else was done but we drove to another elders flat to stay the night so we could go to the stake center for the Sunday sessions the next day. And that was pretty much our Sunday. Conference was sooo good I hope the rest of you enjoyed hearing the words of the Prophet and congrats to Tooele!! That's super exciting for the Fam!

Speaking of the Prophet we got news that he is coming to Auckland! We might even get to meet him! We are all super excited! We aren't too sure if we will meet him but the chances are pretty good! Gonna be awesome! Oh and I can't forget about Elder Gong! What an amazing opportunity for New Zealand and the rest of the Pacific Islands.

I hope you all had a great week.

Ofa atu!

Love,
Elder Wilding
